Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed and dispatched from Melbourne, Australia.

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated. During launch periods or limited releases, please allow additional time for processing.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

Australia

Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International

International delivery times vary by destination and generally range between 6–27 business days.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

baragk is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or courier disruptions once an order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of our releases, we accept returns for store credit or exchange.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • Free from marks, scent, or alterations

Once approved, items must be returned within 7 days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Store credit will be issued once the item has been received, inspected, and approved.

Exchanges are subject to availability. As quantities are limited, we cannot guarantee size availability at the time of exchange.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at info@baragk.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
